The shameful chaos in the Warriors camp has angered local football fans that are eager for Zimbabwe to succeed in Gabon.

Riyad Mahrez and Islam Silimani are some of the popular stars that will line up for Algeria at the 2017 nations cup.

Now with chaos rocking the Warriors camp, it is feared Zimbabwe will not perform to their best in Gabon.

A stroll in the city centre left one with a feeling of anxiety as fans expressed their disappointment at what is happening in the Warriors’ camp.

Veteran administrator Chris Sambo also registered his disappointment towards Zimbabwe’s Football Association.

Given the developments in the Warriors camp the bookies have given Zimbabwe little chance of winning their opener against Algeria.

For a single dollar placed on Zimbabwe, one stands to win US$5.25 at a local soccer shop in the capital.

With seven days to go before AFCON commences the nation can only hope sanity prevails for the good of Zimbabwean football.

Zimbabwe play Algeria on January 15 and local football fans will be hoping the recent chaos will not affect their beloved team.
